Group training is best for three or more people. At Fierce Fit we recommend keeping the groups to a maximum of 10 people. Although these are groups, we want to make sure you each get the best and safest workout possible!

A closed group is great if three or more people want to workout at the same time, but wish to keep the group private with only you and your friends.
